Which model should a Chonburi home choose?

It depends on your home's power supply and your car. For single-phase homes, Model Black Gen 2 charges at up to 7.4 kW. For 3-phase homes, or if you want a model that works on both 1-phase and 3-phase, Model Q supports up to 22 kW. Both have a built-in RCD Type B circuit.

How much does installation cost in Chonburi?

Installation packages have clear prices, VAT included, for 7.4 kW chargers with a 5 m cable and up to 15 m of wiring. For example, Model Black Gen 2 Circuit 1 with charger is THB 19,900, Circuit 2 with charger is THB 23,900, and Model Q 7.4 kW Circuit 1 with charger is THB 23,400. See all packages in the installation package table.

For the Model Q 22 kW and jobs outside the package conditions, such as wiring over 15 m, the team estimates from your site photos first and tells you any difference before work starts. Not sure whether you need Circuit 1 or 2? Read Circuit 1 vs Circuit 2.

Do you need a site survey, and how long does installation take?

Usually not. Send photos or a video of your meter, distribution board, installation spot and cable route on LINE @eveasy and the team estimates before you decide. If photos are not enough, we send a technician for a free site survey within the service area.

Once the site is ready, a THB 2,000 deposit books the technician (deducted from the total). Installation typically takes 3-4 hours if no extra wiring or main-board work is needed. The installation is covered by a 2-year warranty, separate from the charger warranty.
