EV charger installation for homes and businesses
EV Easy provides EV charger installation from end to end: site survey, electrical system design, equipment supply, installation, and live testing — by a team who specialise in electrical systems and EV charger work, backed by thorough after-sales support. The equipment we install comes from internationally recognised manufacturers, including Schneider Electric and Tongou, certified to TIS (มอก.) and IEC standards, and supports chargers from the brands we carry: EV Easy and Autel.

Chargers and installation packages
We currently offer installation packages in 7.4 kW, 11 kW and 22 kW. Every package includes standard equipment and electrical protection appropriate to the site.
2-year warranty on installation work for every package. Equipment warranty differs by model — see each product page for details.
Why installing an EV charger beats using a household socket
Many people start out charging from an ordinary household socket, which can be enough in some situations. But once you are charging every day, the difference between a general-purpose socket and equipment designed for the job becomes clear.
A properly installed charging system delivers power steadily, handles continuous use far better, and includes protective devices designed specifically for EV charging — reducing the risk of heat build-up or of drawing more load than the existing wiring can carry.
Beyond safety, it also shortens charging times and makes charging the car a simpler part of the day.
Home EV charger installation for every EV brand
Whether you drive a BYD, Tesla, MG, GWM, NETA, AION, Deepal, XPENG, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, or any other EV sold in Thailand, our team can assess your situation and recommend the charger that suits how the household actually uses the car.
What we find again and again on site surveys is that every house has its own constraints. Some can be installed straight away; others need part of the electrical system upgraded first.
So we check the details before every installation: meter size, the load already on the house, where the car parks, the cable run, the earthing system, and where the unit will be mounted — so the finished system fits how it will really be used.

Four installation layouts
Which layout suits you depends on the meter size, the condition of the existing consumer unit, and the distance from it to where the car parks. Our team always surveys the site first, then recommends the safest and most economical option.

Layout 1 · From the existing consumer unit
For homes where the existing meter and consumer unit can carry the extra load
- Add a dedicated branch breaker for the charger in the existing consumer unit
- A residual current device (RCD) is required on the charger circuit specifically
- Charging appears on the existing house meter — no new meter needed
- The electrician must first confirm the meter and main cable can carry the extra load

Layout 2 · A separate meter for the charger
For homes where the existing meter is at capacity, or where you want the car's electricity billed separately
- Apply to the electricity authority for a separate meter for the charger
- A separate distribution board and RCD for the charging circuit
- The car's electricity is billed separately from the house
- Takes longer to arrange with the electricity authority than layout 1

Layout 3 · Installation with a consumer unit upgrade
For homes where the existing board is old or has no free ways for a new breaker
- Replace or extend the consumer unit so it has capacity for the charger circuit
- Fit surge protection and the RCD in the same enclosure
- Fixes the existing electrical problems at the same time, rather than reopening the work later
- The cost of the board upgrade depends on the site — we quote after the survey

Layout 4 · Charging stations for businesses
For shops, hotels, condominiums, and public car parks
- Several charging points on one site, with load management between them
- Wall-mounted units or floor-standing cabinets
- A site survey is needed to calculate total load and cable runs before we can quote
- Station package details are prepared per project after the survey
Standards we install to
Installations follow the electricity authority's standards for EV charger installation: cable sized to the charger's current, a residual current device on the charging circuit specifically, and correct earthing.
- The charging circuit must be separate from other circuits, with its own breaker
- A residual current device (RCD) suitable for EV charging is required
- The earthing system must be measurable in practice, not merely connected
- The full list of reference standards used in the installation contract is available on request

From first enquiry to charging

1. Enquire and send us your site details
Tell us the car model, the meter size, and the distance from the consumer unit to where you park — on LINE or through the installation request form.

2. Our team surveys the site
We check the meter size, the main cable, the existing board, and the cable route, to choose the right installation layout.

3. Quote and installation date
The quote itemises equipment and installation separately. Nothing hidden turns up on the day.

4. Installation and testing
We install the unit, run the cable, fit the protective devices, then test with electrical measuring instruments before handover.

5. Testing and handover
We verify safety and performance before the system goes into use, then show you the app settings and everyday operation.

6. After-sales support
Continuing advice and help after installation — troubleshooting remotely, and visiting the site when that is what it takes.
From real installations
Every installation ends with the system tested using electrical measuring instruments — not simply plugged in and declared finished because a light came on.
Homes and businesses alike
Alongside home installation, EV Easy works with condominiums, offices, hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, commercial buildings, and commercial charging stations.
Because every site is used differently — how many cars, how long they park, what the electrical supply can take — our team analyses the site and recommends the layout that suits that project, for value, safety, and long-term use.
Why customers choose EV Easy
An EV charger is a long-term installation. Most customers look beyond the price and the specification of the unit itself to the quality of the installation, the safety, and the after-sales support — which is why many of them come to EV Easy.
Site survey and assessment before installation
Installers who specialise in EV chargers
Equipment certified to TIS (มอก.) and IEC standards
Products and spare parts held in Thailand
Advice from a team with real installation experience
After-sales support that continues past the installation
We think a good installation does not end on the day of handover — it has to work with confidence every day afterwards.
So EV Easy supports customers from pre-installation advice and site analysis through help during use, remote troubleshooting, and site visits where they are needed.
The aim is that an EV owner can use their charging system conveniently, safely, and with confidence for as long as they own it.
How to start
Send us your site details and we will give you an initial assessment of which layout to use and what needs preparing before installation day.
