How to look after and store your EV charging cable properly
- Avoid dragging the cable over the ground, gravel, sand or sharp objects, as this can damage it
- Do not bend the cable too tightly. Coil it in large loops and avoid folding or kinking it
- Store it in a dry place out of direct sunlight to protect it from moisture and heat, which can degrade the materials
- Use a dedicated hook or storage box to keep the cable tidy and tangle-free
- Check the charging connector regularly. Wipe it clean and look for dirt or damage

Which charger can your home take?
The right charger depends on your meter size, your existing electrical panel and the distance from the panel to your parking spot — not just your car model. Send photos of your panel and parking spot on LINE and our team will give you a first assessment, or see the four installation options and their pros and cons on our installation service page.
